| Sarcomatoid carcinoma is a both carcinoma and sarcoma components of rare malignant tumors, the incidence of common site is lung, breast, kidney, bladder, followed by the gallbladder, esophagus, etc., small intestine and the colon is rare. Clinical manifestations of sarcomatoid carcinoma is not special,the imaging performance is also like cancer characteristics, final diagnosis and immunohisto-chemical pathology. The diagnosis of sarcoma is confused with carcinoma. The treatments of sarcomatoid carcinoma hy surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy are not sensitive to the Sarcomatoid carcinoma. Herein, We described a very rare case of primary pleural sarcomatoid carcinoma in the case.
