How to establish a compensation management system, which is matched with the modern enterprise and suitable for supporting the development of enterprises and able to maximize the potential of enterprise human resources, has become an important research topic of human resources management. Compensation management is the most important and the most sensitive modules in human resource management and compensation strategy directly affect the implementation of an overall strategy. In essence, compensation management is deal with relationship between the just, fair and reasonable. Reasonable and effective compensation system can ensure that employees have access to social security and mental satisfaction, and can stimulate employee enthusiasm and initiative.As an IPO medical institution-Aier Ophthalmology Hospital, building and optimizing its compensation management system is a necessary requirement to achieve its scientific management, which has great significance for establishing an effective incentive mechanism, mobilizing the enthusiasm of hospital staff and promoting human resources for health development and human resources capacity-building. Along with the deepening of health reforms, establishing a compensation management system which is adapt to the economic development requirements and with its own characteristics, has become a problem to be solved in the hospital reforms. Start with the problem in hospital's compensation system, we then study how to establish an effective and incentive compensation system in the hospital management process step by step.This paper aims to the Aier Ophthalmology Hospital's compensation system. First of all, the paper described the significance of the study and the theory of a compensation review. Secondly, researched the current status of the compensation system and analyzed the causes according to the staff questionnaire. Then, according to compensation strategy, business objectives and principles of the compensation system, optimized the compensation system. Finally, stated the optimization study of Aier Ophthalmology Hospital's compensation system and its safeguard measures of implement.This article related to the compensation system of investigation, research, design, and implementation of the whole process, hope that through case studies, we can provide a reference and learn for the establishment and optimization of the compensation system in other hospitals.
