Expression And Significance Of Urokinase-type Plasminogen Activator System In Endometrial Carcinoma

Objective:We will analysis the relationships of uPA system and endometrial carcinoma in surgical-pathologic staging,histology sizing,infiltrating depth of muscular layer and corestriction of lymphoid knot and relativity of it`s each factor to study and research the role of uPA system play in occurrence,development,infiltrating and corestriction in endometrial carcinoma and it`s guidance meaning of clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognostic.Methods:Immunohistochemistry method were used to determine the expression of uPA system in 15 cases of normal endometrium tissues,20 cases of atypical hyperplasia tissues and 41 cases of endometrial carcinoma tissues in order to analysis the relationships of uPA system and endometrial carcinoma in surgical-pathologic staging,histology sizing,depth of muscular layer infiltrating and corestriction of lymphoid knot and relativity of each factor.Results:The expression of uPA system in endometrial carcinoma tissues is patency higher than it`s in normal endometrium tissues and atypical hyperplasia tissues,but there is no patency difference between normal endometrium tissues and atypical hyperplasia tissues;The expression of uPA system in the endometrial carcinoma was advanced with the heighten of surgical-pathologic staging and histology sizing,deeper of muscular layer infiltrating and occurrence of lymphoid knot corestriction,but it`s nothing to do with Pathology type.The expression of uPAR and PAI-1 obviously increased with uPA.There is positive correlation between the expression of uPA and uPAR,the expression of uPA and PAI-1 have positive correlation too.Conclusion:The expression of uPA system is height and advanced with the heighten of surgical-pathologic staging and histology sizing,deeper of muscular layer infiltrating and occurrence of lymphoid knot corestriction.There is consistency between the expression of each factor of uPA system.All above tell us that the uPA system is closely relevant with the occurrence,development,infiltrating and corestriction of endometrial carcinoma,the factors of uPA system regulative and in coordination with each other in this process.Colligation a great deal of pertinent literature and report,we will guess that uPA system may be regarding with neoplasm Prognosis.With the development of targeted therapy,uPA system may become biological parameter of endometrial carcinoma to clinical diagnosis,therapeutics direction,evaluate prognostic and new molecule of gene therapy.
