Objective: Discussion chemotherapy drugs on leukemia and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of ovarian functionMethods: Collected from January 2005 to January 2009 Department of Hematology, First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, doctor of 64 cases of leukemia and non-Hodgkin lymphoma, 103 cases of 39 patients with clinical data, The period of their situation before and after chemotherapy, chemotherapy regimen, treatment, menopausal symptoms, quality of life, sex hormones were analyzed to explore the impact of chemotherapy on ovarian function factors and preventive measures.Results: 1, the period when the rules of the age group began chemotherapy amenorrhea group than the small, statistically significant (P<0.05), menstrual disorder and amenorrhea group group group began chemotherapy menstrual age rule was no significant difference was not significant (P>0.05); 2, <30 years of age, 30 years old -40 years old, > 40 years of age group 3 patients menstrual rules, menstrual disorders, amenorrhea, the incidence of failure the same, there was significant (P<0.05); menstrual changes in circumstances and were in different age covariance, with age, amenorrhea, menstruation has gradually moving to the trend was statistically significant (r=0.517 P<0.05);3, NHL patients with leukemia and began chemotherapy similar age distribution, was not significant (P>0.05); 4, after chemotherapy, the impact of two diseases on menstruation was no significant difference was not significant (P>0.05); the disease and the correlation analysis of Menstruation, menstrual changes in circumstances and the two diseases was low related to chemotherapy on menstrual effects and no significant correlation between the two diseases, not significant (r=0.064 P>0.05); 5, the two diseases amenorrhea after chemotherapy, the time difference, NHL after chemotherapy in patients with amenorrhea of time shorter than leukemia. Statistically significant (P<0.05); 6, after menopause the two diseases have different recovery time periods, menstruation after amenorrhea in patients with leukemia, the recovery time longer than the NHL, there was significant (P<0.05); 7,patients with amenorrhea after chemotherapy showed sex hormone: FSH average of 85.90±49.23; LH average of 51.19±27; E2 average of 57.82±44.23.8,103 patients with symptoms of menopause after chemotherapy, 30 patients (29.1%), of which there are 13 cases of menstrual disorder (43.3%), amenorrhea, 17 (56.7%), of which 24 cases of leukemia patients (37.5%) 6 cases of NHL patients (15.4%) and chemotherapy in patients in different age periods, there is a difference between menopausal symptoms, was statistically significant (P<0.05); 9, two kinds of disease after chemotherapy in different age periods, no significant difference in menopausal symptoms, was statistically significant (P<0.05); 10, after chemotherapy, menstrual changes in circumstances affecting their sex lives are not identical, there was significant (P <0.05); the circumstances of life in correlation with the period analysis of menstrual changes in circumstances after chemotherapy and positively change the quality of life associated with the menopausal status of the gradually increasing, the quality of sexual life was a downward trend was statistically significant (r = 0486, P<0.05).Conclusion: Chemotherapy in leukemia patients and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of ovarian function damage. Chemotherapy can cause menstrual changes, menopausal symptoms appeared earlier, the decline in the quality of sexual life, so that complete remission in patients with decreased quality of life.
