The Correlation Investigation Research Of Distribution Characteristics Of Sub-Health Status And TCM Physical Type In Jinan City

Objective:The study based on the theoretical directions of health concept change of traditional Chinese and western medicine, western medicine three-level prevention and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)'prevention of disease, To study the screening standard for sub-health population, and construct sub-health subtype, and the distribution of sub-health and constitution in population in Jinan, to explore the correlation between sub-health and TCM Physical Type,which can offer theoretical line of diagnosis,Prevention, medical care and health management.Method:Designed the sub-healthy questionnaire, used the approach of cross-sectional study, adopted the on-the-spot investigation method,1350 people were surveyed by Sub-health Self-rating Scale and the Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire, to screen sub-health population, Established a data bank of the sub-healthy crowd, which was used to have statistical analysis according to their belonging to measurement data or numeration data. Then tried to describe the distribution characters of sub-health condition and the distribution characters of TCM Physical Type in Jinan City. Applied non-conditional logistic regression to study the correlation between the 4 sub-healthy subtypes and 9 constitutions.Results:This study investigated 1350 cases,1310 were qualified; the sub-health population accounted for70.23%, while the people of Physical bias accounted for 61.32%; sub-health state and its subtypes have a close correlation with the TCM Physical Type, sub-health among Jinan City has a higher proportion of body mass bias, which accounted for 81.90%.The hypothesis test of Logistic regression was statistically significant (P<0.001), sub-health status has positive correlation with yang-deficiency type,yin-deficiency type and qi-depression type, sub-health status has negative correlation with gentleness type; body-type sub-health has positive correlation with yang-deficiency type, yin-deficiency type, qi-deficiency type and qi-depression type; psychological-type has positive correlation with yang-deficiency type, phlegm-wet type and qi-depression type; while social adaptive-type has positive correlation with yin-deficiency type and qi-depression type.Conclusion:1,The rate of sub-health status positive of urban residents in Jinan city were higher.2,The rate of sub-health status positive of urban residents in Jinan city were not ideal, we should interfere in different means.3,To elementarily prove TCM Physical Type has major influence on sub-health.
