Clinical Study On Treating Residual Burn Wounds With The Cryoprecipitate

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of the cryoprecipitate in treating residual burn wounds. Find out the feasibility and advantage of the treatment for burn wounds by this drug.Methods:This study involved 16 patients (32 residual burn wounds) who were treated in our department from July,2009 to February,2010. Using homebody comparison, the wounds were divided into two groups:the experimental group was handled with cryoprecipitate; while the control group were treated with vaseline gauze. Observation was made in the two groups, including the healing time, the healing rate, et al. The statistical work was done with SPSS for Windows 11.5 software by t-test andχ2-test.Results:Clinical trials manifest that compare to the control group, the experimental group had better condition in healing time, healing rate (p<0.05).Compare to the control group, the experimental group had better condition in healing time, healing rate and the granulation condition (p<0.05)Conclusion:Cryoprecipatate used in the treatment of residual burn wounds proved to be effective.Treating the residual burn wounds with the cryoprecipitate can improve the situation of the burn wounds, speed up the rate of wound healing,shorten healing time.
