| Objective To observe the effect of combination of bovine amnion and rb-bFGF onⅡ°burn wounds.Methods Choice of small and medium-size thermal burn patients,43 cases, in department of Burn and Plastic, Qingdao Municipal Hospital between May 2008～July 2009 as observers.The patients mainly with deepⅡ°burn wounds are 23 cases,have 25 deepⅡ°burn wounds (11 wounds on upper limb,10 wounds on lower limb,4 wounds in other parts); The patients mainly with superficialⅡ°burn wounds are 20 cases, have 28 superficialⅡ°burn wounds (12 wounds on upper limb,11 wounds on lower limb,5 wounds in other parts)., using the same body control.the area of testing wound is 1%-2%. Divided the same nature of the wounds into 3 equals, respectively, applying perforated bovine amnion (treatment group), bovine amnion (control group 1), vaseline gauze dressing(control group 2), and the three groups all combined use rb-bFGF and compare their clinical effect.Adopting SPSS 11.5 statistical software to process the experimental data, using mean±standard deviation to indicate the experimental results of the measurement data. Adoping T test to measure the difference between sample mean. The P value less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant. For the deepⅡ°burn wounds that need operation, taking the wound tissue of the treatment group, control group 1 and control group 2 respectively in surgical procedures, doing biopsy to observe and compare the situation of the wound concrescence.Results Compared treatment group with the control group1(F=25.36,q=7.25,p<0.01) and control group2(q=3.46,p<0.05), the treatment group can decrease the healing time obviously in deepⅡ°burn wounds;In superficialⅡ°burn wounds, compared with the control group 2,the treatment group can also decrease the healing time,however, compared with the control group 1 has no difference (q=2.6,p>0.05.)Conclusion The combination of perforated bovine amnion and rb-bFGF can obviously promote the healing of burn wounds.
