Objective: By quantitative bacterial culture counting,bath pain observation and wound healing,objectively evaluate the clinical effect of 1g/L Fuchunsan 1 bath in the treatment of burn wounds.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria,43 patients with residual burn wounds after skin grafting in the Department of Burns of the 940 th Hospital of Joint Service Support Force were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,23 cases in experimental group and 20 cases in control group.The experimental group was treated with1g/L Fuchunsan 1 bath,and the control group was treated with 1:5000 potassium permanganate bath.The bath temperature was 38?-42?,the bath time was 30 min,and the bathing interval was 2 days.once.The following indicators were compared between the two groups: 1 Quantitative culture of wound bacteria before and after bathing,calculation of bacterial clearance rate compared with anti-infection and antibacterial ability;2 observation of wound healing degree and recording wound healing time,evaluation of Fuchunsan No.1 to promote wound healing Ability;3 VAS visual scores in the bath to observe the degree of pain,understand the analgesic effect of Fuchun San.Comprehensive evaluation of 1g/L Fuchunsan1 bath for the treatment of residual burn wounds.Results: The bacterial clearance rate of the experimental group and the control group were 80.89% and 77.18%,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.The effective rate of wound healing in the experimental group and the controlgroup was 69.6% and 40.0,respectively.%,the experimental group promoted wound healing significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.The experimental group and the control group in the dressing pain after bathing,found that any dressing change,pain score in There was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Fuchunsan 1 soaking bath has significant antibacterial effect on residual wounds after burn.The concentration of 1g/L can effectively control wound infection,and the antibacterial effect of 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution with proven antibacterial effect is not obvious.difference.2.Fuchunsan 1 bath can promote wound healing of burn wounds,which promotes wound healing ability,which is obviously better than 1:5000potassium permanganate solution.3.The routine bath treatment of Fuchunsan No.1 at 1g/L is not effective for pain relief in patients.
