Effect Of Yangganhexue Decoction On The Premature Ovarian Failure Of The Rats Follistatin And Serum Hormones

Objective By observing Related indicators changes of the premature ovarian failure caused by Tripterygium gavage.To explore the outcomes and mechanisms of Yangganhexue decoction in the treatment of premature ovarian failure.Methods Choose40female Wistar rats with regular sexual cycle.All rats were randomly divided into normal groups (n=10) and models group (n=30).Rat models of premature ovarian failure were established by Tripterygium gavage.They were subdivided into3groups, Yangganhexue decoction group, diethylstilbestrol control group and model control group, and then they were respectively treated with Yangganhexue decoction for15days and diethylstilbestrol for15days, model control group and blank control group were managed with same amount of normal saline for15days. To confirm theanimal model,vaginal smears were collected everyday for the rat estrous cycle. Using radioimmunoassay (RIA) of serum sex hormone estradiolu (E2),follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH) levels,using enzyme-linked immunoassay detection of rats follistatin.HE staining optical microscope o Methods were used SPSS19.0.Results (1) E2and FS test:Compared with blank control group, the estradiol (E2) and follistatin(FS) levels have reduced in Yangganhexue decoction group, diethylstilbestrol control group and model control group, there were significant differences(P<0.05);Compared with model control group, the E2and FS levels have improved, there were significant differences(P<0.05);There were not significant differences between Yangganhexue decoction group and b diethylstilbestrol control group (P>0.05).(2)FSH and LH test:Compared with blank control group,the serum follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) levels levels have improved in Yangganhexue decoction group, diethylstilbestrol control group and model control group, there were significant differences(P<0.05);Compared with model control group,the FSH and LH levels have reduced, there were significant differences(P<0.05); There were not significant differences between Yangganhexue decoction group and diethylstilbestrol control group (P>0.05).Conclusion Yangganhexue decoction has a similar role with diethylstilbestrol to improve the premature ovarian failure rat reproductive endocrine environment.It can improve the E2and FS levels,and reduce the FSH and LH levels.
