Incidence Of Sub-Health And Its Influencing Factors Analysis Among Residents In Suzhou City

Objective: To understand incidence of sub-health and distribution characteristics of residents in Suzhou city, and to analysis the relationship between sub-health and quality of life,to explore influence factors of sub-health state among residents in Suzhou city,in order to make intervention measures and prevention strategies of sub-health provide scientific basis in future.Methods: Using epidemiological investigation of cluster sampling method, to select urban and rural residents 3271 people as the research object. Use personal health questionnaire survey made by the experts who be organized by Beijing union medical college to survey. Use variance analysis, chi-square test to analysis the different characteristics of people on sub-health state and quality of life. Analysis sub-health influencing factors with Logistic regression, and use principal component of the influence factors to reducing dimensions analysis.Results: 3500 people take part in the survey questionnaire, and returned back 3271 questionaire, accounting for 93.46%, there are 3180 valid questionnaires, efficient is 90.86%. According to the sub-health assessment standard of this topic, 750 people have sub-health state, and account for 23.58% of all objects research, there are 324 men and 426 women, and the percent respectively is 21.28% and 25.82%. Demographic characteristics of gender, age, educational level, marital status, occupation, living condition and behavioral characteristics such as smoking and drinking are all influence factors of sub-health. In multivariate Logistic regression analysis, gender, age, drinking, professional and technical personnel, students, alone living are risk factors of sub-health. However, workers, living with their spouse and offspring are the protect factors of sub-health. The four main components of affecting factors of sub-health are living, professional status, age and behavior features closely related to gender. Conclusion: Sub-health state residents of Suzhou are not optimistic. Demographic characteristics and behavior characteristics are all influence of health and quality of life.Relevant departments should take corresponding measures to improve the quality of life, in order to far from sub-health state.
