Objective:by making clinical analysis of the influence of the hyperthyroidism on the outcome of the pregnancies to improve the level of understanding of doctor about hyperthyroidism related hCG and to emphasize the hyperthyroidism treatment on the outcome of pregnancy.Methods:82 cases of pregnancy with hyperthyroidism in the first affiliated hospital of Dalian Medical University from Jan.2001 to Nov.2009 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the control of hyperthyroidism, patients were divided into two groups:the disease-uncontrolled group(46 cases)and the disease-controlled group(36 cases).At the same time randomly selected normal pregnancy hospitalized in the same period,58 cases was as contrast group for comparsion.the treatment of hyperthy-roidism,the serum levels of throid hormone,the outcome of pregnancy were made comparsion.Results:1. The incidence of abortion in the disease-uncontrolled group compared with the disease-controlled group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).2. The serum levels TSH,FT3,FT4 in the disease-uncontrolled group compared with the disease-controlled group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The incidence of pre-eclampsia,heart disease,abortion,premature birth in the disease-uncontrolled group compared with the disease-controlled group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),as the differences of the disease-uncontrolled group compared with the contrast group were no statistically significant.4.The incidence of fetal complication in the disease-uncontrolled group compared with the disease-controlled group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), as the differences of the disease-uncontrolled group compared with the contrast group were no statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The complications happened frequently of pregnancy with hyperthyroidism are pre-eclampsia,heart failure,premature birth.2.Before and during pregnancy,early detection and treatment of pregnant women with hyperthyroidism can reduce the complications of mother and fetus.3.The serum levels of thyroid hormone Should be monitored in pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum in order to exclud transient hyperthyroidism of pregnancy.
