Objective:To reveal the genetic basis of the development and progression of female cancers by studying the difference of 21SNPs of 19genes between female cancers and no-cancer-control.Methods:Collecting DNAs from 353 female cancers serve as experimental group. Collecting DNAs from 224 female patients without tumor serve as control group. Designing 23 pairs of primers for the 21 SNPs(rs002M, rs001F, rs002F, rs009K, rs009CO, rs009P2, rs009C16, rs001C17, rs002C17, rs009E2, rs009C3, rs009C5, rs009L, rs009CA, rs009P1, rs009D, rs009E, rs009C164, rs009R, rs009C57, rs009N)to get 21 DNA products through PCR. Performing experiments of sequencing or restriction enzyme aimed to get every specific nucleotide of the 21 SNPs. To get statistics results by calculating Odds Ratio and 95% Confidence interval.Results:1,Studying 3 SNPs of rs009R, rs009C57, rs009N by restriction enzyme showed that there is statistics difference between experimental group and control group (P<0.05).2.Studying rs009L, rs009CA, rs009P1, rs002C17, rs009D, rs009E, rs002F, rs009C164 by restriction enzyme showed that there is no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3, Studying rs001M, rs001F, rs009K, rs009CO, rs009P2, rs009C16, rs001C17, rs009E2, rs009C3, rs009C5 through sequencing showed that there is no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:1,There is significant difference between the female cancer group and the control group among SNPs of rs009R,rs009C57,rs009N2,There is no significant difference between the female cancer group and the control group among SNPs of rs001M,rs001F,rs009K,rs009CO,rs009P2,rs009C16,rs001C17,rs009E2,rs009C3,rs009C5,rs009L,rs009CA,rs009P1,rs002C17,rs009D,rs009E,rs002F,rs009C164.
