| Objective: To explore the carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),human epididymis protein 4(HE4),high density lipoprotein(HDL),triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)relationship with EC and cervical cancer, and then to explore the diagnostic efficacy of the above indicators for the two tumors. Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this article, the preoperative CA125,HE4,and blood lipid(HDL,TG,TC)test results of patients, who underwent surgery in the inpatient department of our hospital from January 2015 to June 2020,were collected retrospectively.Take postoperative histological examination as the gold standard. The patients with endometrial benign lesions and cervical benign lesions were compared with EC patients and cervical cancer patients, respectively,to explore the relationship between CA125,HE4,HDL,TG,TC and EC,cervical cancer. Results: 1.The results were obtained by analyzing the relationship between the above indicators and EC:(1)Compared with the endometrial benign lesion group, the levels of CA125,HE4,TG and TC in the EC group increased, which were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistical difference in HDL levels(P>0.05).(2)Logistic regression analysis indicated that TC was a risk factor for EC,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),TG was not a risk factor for EC(P>0.05).(3)There were significant differences in the serum levels of CA125 of EC group in stage I and III,IV,II and III,IV,III and IV,as the stage increased, its level also increased; The levels of HE4 in stage I and III,IV,II and IV,III and IV were significantly different(P<0.05),and as the stage increased, its level also increased; There was no significant difference in the serum levels of HDL,TG and TC in each stage(P>0.05).(4)The cut-off values of using CA125 and HE4 alone to diagnose EC were 27.15IU/m L,51.05pmol/L,respectively.At this time, the sensitivities were 46.7% and 70.4%,the specificities were 89.3%,87.5%,and AUCs of the ROC curve were 0.732,0.793,respectively;The sensitivity, specificity, and AUC of the combined detection were71.9%,89.3%,and 0.818,respectively.The specificity of CA125 alone was higher, but the sensitivity and AUC were lower than HE4;the sensitivity and AUC of the combined detection of the two were higher than that of the two alone detection, and the specificity had no significant change compared with the detection of CA125 alone.2.The results were obtained by analyzing the relationship between the above indicators and cervical cancer:(1)Compared with the cervical benign lesion group, the levels of CA125 and HE4 in the cervical cancer group increased, which were statistically significant(P<0.05);HDL,TG,TC levels had no obvious difference(P>0.05).(2)The serum levels of CA125 and HE4 of cervical cancer in stage I and III,IV,II and III,IV,III and IV were significantly different(P<0.05),and as the FIGO stage increased, their levels also increased; The levels of HDL in stage I and III,IV,II and III were significantly different(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in TG and TC among FIGO stages(P>0.05).(3)When the cut-off values of CA125 and HE4 for diagnosis of cervical cancer were 18.95IU/m L and 54.8pmol/L,the sensitivities were62.4% and 46.8%,the specificities were 69.1% and 90.9%,the AUC were 0.659,0.672,respectively.The sensitivity, specificity, and AUC of the two combined detection were51.6%,90.9%,0.732,respectively;The sensitivity of CA125 alone was higher than that of HE4,but the specificity and AUC were lower than that of HE4.The AUC of the two combined detection was higher than that of the two alone.Conclusion:1.CA125,HE4 and blood lipids were related to the occurrence and development of EC.Elevated TC levels increased the risk of EC.The levels of CA125 and HE4 increased with the increase of EC stage, and both of them were higher in stage III and IV;The combined detection of the two and the combination of clinical practice had a relatively high reference value for assisting in the diagnosis of EC.2.CA125 and HE4 were related to the development of cervical cancer. The levels of CA125 and HE4 increased with the increased of cervical cancer stage, and both of them were higher in stage III and IV;The combined detection of the two and the combination of clinical practice had certain guiding value for the diagnosis of cervical cancer.Blood lipids may not be related to the occurrence and development of cervical cancer. |
