LA patients was devided into three groups of mild group, moderate group and severe group according to the lesion distribution. The results of those three groups respectively compared with control group were statistically significant (P< 0.05).3. The difference of moderate group in comparsion with control group was statistically significant only in MoCA (P< 0.05). Results of MoCA, self-rating symptom scale and obsessive-compulsive symptoms scores of severe group compared with control group were statistically significant (P< 0.05).4. The MoCA scores and Hamilton anxiety scale,Hamilton depression scale and self-rating symptom scale (anxiety and fear) in three patient groups were statistically significant correlation (P< 0.05).5. Statistically significant correlation appeared between MoCA results and educational background of patients (P< 0.01), between Hamilton depression scale and somatization symptoms significant correlation with age (P< 0.05). However, each test result showed no significant correlation with age and education of control groups (P> 0.05).Conclusion:1.
