Study On The Model Of Ultrasound Dopplerography Renal Hemodynamics In Chronic Glomerulonephritis Treated By Tongmai Oral Liquid

ObjectiveThrough ultrasound dopplerography to discuss the effect of renal hemodynamics in chronic glomerulonephritis treated by tongmai oral liquid, provide the KEpossible mechanisms and effect of BuQiHuoXue treatment on chronic glomerulonephritis through tongmai oral liquid.Methods1.63 patients with QiXuXueYue syndrome of chronic glomerulonephritis were divided into two groups.33 patients were in group of tongmai oral liquid treatment, besides their primary treatment. Another 30 patients were in group of none treatment except their primary treatment.2.All the patients were examined by ultrasound dopplerography, to check V, RI of their renal artery.3.The treatment group patients took tongmai oral liquid, besides their primary treatment. Usages of tongmai oral liquid:take 10ml once and three times each day, four weeks for a period and take it for three periods. The contrast group patients took none treatment except their primary treatment.4.After 3 months therapy, all the patients were examined by ultrasound dopplerography, to check V, RI of their renal artery as well.5.Observe the imaging of patients'renal artery, to discuss the effect of renal hemodynamics in chronic glomerulonephritis treated by tongmai oral liquid.Results 1.After 3 months therapy, the symptons of the treatment group integrate decreased obviously and much lower than the contrast group(P<0.01). Apart of the symptons have greatly improved(P<0.05).2.After 3 months therapy, the left renal artery's speed (V) of the treatment group increased and higher than the contrast group(P<0.05). Apart of the renal artery's speed have greatly improved(P<0.05).3.After 3 months therapy, the left renal artery's resistance (RI) of the treatment group decreased and lower than the contrast group (P<0.05). Apart of the renal artery's resistance have greatly improved(P<0.05).4.After 3 months therapy, the right renal artery's speed (V) of the treatment group increased and higher than the contrast group(P<0.05). Apart of the renal artery's speed have greatly improved(P<0.05).5.After 3 months therapy, the right renal artery's resistance (RI) of the treatment group decreased and lower than the contrast group (P<0.05). Apart of the renal artery's resistance have greatly improved(P<0.05).ConclusionTongmai oral liquid can exactly improve the clinical symptoms of chronic glomerulonephritis with QiXuXueYue syndrome, it can increase the renal artery' s speed(V), and decrease the renal artery's resistance (RI). So we can conclude that tongmai oral liquid can improve the disfunction of chronic glomerulonephritis, delay and reverse the process of renal prostration.
