| ObjectivesTo observe the intervention role of Chinese drugs preparation Tongmai Oral on Maintenance hemodialysis patients with Micro-inflammatory condition, in order to improve their quality of life and reduce the Mortality.MethodsAll study patients were 80 cases of Guangdong Provincial TCM Hospital Nephrology Center hemodialysis maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients, clinically diagnosed as "chronic renal failure uremia period. "Inclusion criteria:maintenance hemodialysis for more than 3 months in stable condition, diabetic nephropathy, lupus nephritis and other kidney patients secondary to their incidence and stability should be controlled. Exclusion criteria: comply with severe cardiovascular, liver and blood system diseases; mental disorders, senile dementia; the primary disease has not been effectively controlled or active disease; drug allergy were used. Agree with the premise of the situation, according to SGA to assess nutritional status in patients with different (good nutrition, light-moderate malnutrition, moderate malnutrition), were randomly divided into two groups (Tongmai group and the control group; the two groups were similar to the study of nutritional status), each 40. Both groups were given conventional dialysis, control of blood pressure, blood sugar and other conventional treatment. Tongmai oral liquid group were given an oral,3 times a day treatment for 6 months. Measurement data (x±s) form, using paired t test.ResultsTwo groups of patients were 41 cases of well-nourished (50.7%),33 cases of mild to moderate malnutrition (42.3%), six cases of severe malnutrition (7.0%), the overall incidence of malnutrition was 49.3%. According to the comparison before and after the treatment of the treatment group, after treatment, HsCRP and IL-6 were lower than pre-treatment (P<0.05); At the same time, the treatment group TSF, AC, AMC, BMI than pre-treatment were signi-ficantly increased (P<0.05), while the control group, the above-mentioned indicators was no significant difference before and after treatment (P> 0.05), the above-mentioned indicators and the treatment group than in the control group significantly difference (P<0.05); After treatment, the treatment group HB, ALB, TRF, CHOL, nPCR than before treatment were significantly increased (P<0.05), while the control group, the above-mentioned indicators was no significant difference before and after treatment (P> 0.05), and the treatment group than the control group, these indicators there was a significant difference (P<0.05). ConclusionThe study indicated that Chinese drugs preparation Tongmai Oral control to some extent, the level of inflammatory factors, make the MHD patients with malnutrition better than before. Therefore, we can speculate that Tongmai oral probably improve the MIA syndrome in MHD patients, and reduce the Cardiov-ascular events. This is meaningful to renovate the quality of life of MHD patients and prolong their life, reduce the mortality.
