Clinical Observation Of Therapeutic Effect Of No-ligation Therapy In The Treatment Of High Complex Anal Fistulae

The present treatment of High complexity of the anus fistulae is to the operation, but the operation is often a difficult and dangerous procedure;and after the operation, high recurrence rates,postoperative and complication is a problem. So, This disease has been referred to as a refractory anal fistula by many scholars. How to seek a good operation for high complexity of the anus fistulae, in order to improve the curative effect, protect the anal functions and reduce the postoperative complication, needs further research and exploration. We found most patients with anal fistula lithotomy position within the mouth in the vicinity of 6 in clinical, Theory based on the central space infection, the following study attempts to find a kind of experimental pain in patients with lighter, more small wound formation, no obvious defects in fecal incontinence and do not hang cure complex high anal fistula surgery.Objective:This study aimes to find no-ligation therapy in the Treatment of High Complex Anal Fistulae.Methods:The Cases,which is diagnosed as High Complex Anal Fistulae from Guangzhou University of TCM affiliated Zhongshan hospital between March 2009 and June 2010,, according to the diagnostic criteria of High Complex Anal Fistulae of "The People's Republic of China in the pharmaceutical industry standard" in June 1994 in the MA state, combined with symptoms, physical disease, MRI, etc. were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group 30 cases:comprehensive new no-ligation therapy treatment; control group,30 cases:the traditional low complex high anal fistula seton treatment of high cut. Observe and compare outcome measures, Such as the degree of postoperative pai,urinary retention case,wound healing time,anal function,the cure rate and other。Results:The efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group: lower the postoperative pain degree significantly lower the incidence of postoperative urinary retention; probability of occurrence that anal dysfunction (fecal incontinence, anal stenosis) happen was significantly lower than the control group; and the recovery time of treatment group was average of about 21.4 d, the control group was about 38.4 d; Cure rates of control group and treatment group were statistically significant. And also the total effective.Conclusion:Compared with treatment of the traditional low cut high anal fistula seton, no-ligation therapy in the Treatment of High Complex Anal Fistulae was high cure rate; can completely or maximally preserve the anal sphincter and perianal tissue integrity; can solve the problem:that the above treatment for complex high anal fistula prone to damage the anal sphincter function and anal incontinence, leading to incomplete defect issues; through the no-ligation new therapies can effectively relieve postoperative pain, speed up wound healing, shorten treatment time, reduce the burden on the patient's medical expenses and other issues.
