Objective:Through observating the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine "Zaoxiefang" treating premature ejaculation with yin deficiency and yang excess, to find a new therapy of premature ejaculation with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:Choosing 60 cases of patients, who were patients with syndrome of yin deficiency and yang excess, were randomized into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was used "Zaoxiefang ". The control group was used Zoloft. During treatment, requiring to suspend other relevant medicines and therapy. Fifteen days was a course of medical treatment. After two courses, two groups were followed up and detected ejaculation latency and the scores of CIPE—5. The results were analysized and statisted at the end of treatment.Results:1. The average ejaculation latency of the treatment group was obviously superior to control group. They had more significant difference (P<0.05).2. The recent cure rate in the two groups had significant differences(P<0.05). The recent cure rate and the total efficiency of the treatment group were better than the control group. The recent cure rate of the treatment group was 56.7%, and the total efficiency was 96.7%. In the control group, the recent cure rate was 30.0%, the total efficiency was 76.7 %.Conclusion:By using traditional Chinese medicine "Zaoxiefang" to treat premature ejaculation with syndrome of yin deficiency and yang excess, the treatment group was superior to the control group. It could significantly prolong ejaculation latency and improve the control ability to ejaculation, ease tension anxiety, and reduce medicine side effect.
