Pregnancy Induced Hypertension Of Patient In Left Ventricular Twist Assessed By Two-dimensional Ultrasound Speckle Tracking Imaging

ObjectiveTo assess left ventricular twist (LVtw) of patient with pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) by two-dimensional ultrasound speckle tracking imaging (STI).MethodsCollect 20 patients with PIH as a PIH group. Basal and apical short axis images of left ventricle were acquired to analysis LV rotation(LVrot)and LVrot velocity. LVtw and LVtw velocity was defined as apical LVrot and LVrot velocity relative to the basal. All twist valves(such as Ptw) were separately measured.The same indexes were measured in the 25 cases in normal pregnant group.ResultNot noly blood pressure, LVRT, EDV, E peak velocity, A peak velocity, E/A(P<0.05), but also Ptw, AVCtw, MVOtw, Time at MVO, Untw R, HTU, PTV, PUV, TPUV for left ventricular twisting change in PIH(P<0.05).ConclusionsLeft ventricular diastolic function were damaged assessed by two-dimensional ultrasound STI in PIH group, relatively to the normal pregnant group.
