Clinical Application Value Of Left Ventricular Systolic Function In Patients With Pregnancy-induced Hypertension By Two-dimensional Speckle Tracking Imaging

Objective2D speckle tracking imaging(STI)technology to pregnant women in different gestational hypertension and left ventricular twisting motion rotary motion of the overall characteristics were analyzed.MethodsSelecting pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH)48 cases,45 cases of normal pregnancy group,45 cases of normal control group,respectively collected six aspects: apex short shaft section,mitral valve papillary muscle level short axis plane and left ventricular heart level short shaft section,near the sternum left for shaft section,sternum beside two four-chamber view,left heart apex four-chamber view,synchronous recording electrocardiogram(ecg)three or four cycles,import the QLAB workstations were analyzed,and record the longitudinal movement strain,radial strain,circumferential strain and rotation strain,axial strain rate,circumferential and radial strain rate,strain rate and strain rate,torsional angle peak(Ptw),heart horizontal rotation angle of the peak(Prot-MV),peak heart horizontal rotation angle of the absolute time(Pti-MV)and peak time percentage(Perc-Pti-MV),apical rotation angle peak(Prot-AP),apical rotation absolute peak time(Pti-AP)and time to peak angle percentage(Perc-Pti-AP).Results:1.Gestational hypertensionand normal pregnancy group vertical movement strain,radial strain,circumferential strain and rotation strain,axial strain rate,rotating circular radial strain rate,and strain rate,and strain rate than the control group significantly lower(P < 0.05);Gestational hypertension group vertical movement strain,radial strain,circumferential strain and rotation strain,axial strain rate,rotating circular radial strain rate,and strain rate,and strain rate were compared with normal pregnancy group(P < 0.05);Late pregnancy hypertension group vertical movement strain,radial strain,circumferential strain and rotation strain,axial strain rate,rotating circular radial strain rate,and strain rate,and strain rate is lower than the middle(P < 0.05);2.gestational hypertension group compared with normal pregnancy group,gestational hypertension group 17 section 12 of the segmental left ventricular myocardial strain decreases the area of the peak,focus on lower wall,ventricular septal and apex;3.Prot-AP,Pti-ap,Perc-Pti-MV,the Perc-Pti-AP,Ptw in pregnancy-induced hypertension and normal pregnancy group at the middle level is higher than normal control group(P < 0.05),Prot-AP late in pregnancy pregnant hypertension group,the level is higher than normal pregnancy group(P < 0.05)and Pti-ap,Ptw in pregnancy-induced hypertension late pregnancy levels higher than normal pregnancy group(P < 0.05),Prot-ap,Ptw in the late pregnancy pregnant hypertension group level higher than group mid pregnancy(P < 0.05),Pti-MV in pregnancy-induced hypertension and normal pregnancy group at the middle level is lower than the normal control group(P < 0.05)and Pti-AP in pregnancy-induced hypertension and normal pregnancy group at the middle level is higher than normal control group(P < 0.05),the Perc-Pti-AP in pregnancy-induced hypertension and normal pregnancy group at the middle level is higher than normal control group(P < 0.05),while the Perc-Pti-MV level in mid gestation is no statistical difference between the two groups;Conclusion1,compared with normal pregnant women,LVEF pih pregnant women with normal left ventricular systolic function has changed,and with the increase of gestational age,systolic function decrease more obviously.2,2-D speckle tracking technology can comprehensive evaluation of left ventricular systolic longitudinal,radial and circumferential strain and rotation,the change of the torsional Angle,and no Angle dependence,better repeatability,measurement process is relatively simple,so as to more accurately evaluate left ventricular global and local myocardial function.
