The sensitivity of diagnosis of MDCT scan for lower gastrointestinal bleeding was 78.2%.In these 18 MDCT scan diagnosed lower gastrointestinal bleeding,16 patients were confirm by operation or Endoscopy. The accuracy of the bleeding position (diagnosis of localization) is 88.8%.Conclusion:Contrast-enhanced MDCT is accurate in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal bleeding and can show the precise location and etiology of bleeding, thereby directing further management.
