【Objective】To investigate the relationship between Hypertension, Diabetes mellitus, age, gender, smoking, family history, the serum lipids and their combination, uric acid, total bilirubin, etc. risk factors with coronary artery heart disease for the 1184 patients with CHD from Guangxi Yulin region.【Methods】A total of 1764 consecutive patients who had been diagnosed as CHD or without CHD by coronary angiography(2007.03- 2009.05) were studied retrospectively.Analyzing all patients'risk factors ( included serum lipids and their combination, age, gender, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, smoke, family History , uric acid , total bilirubin ) , to evaluate the diagnostic value of them in CHD.【Results】(1)The age , the number of aged and male , systolic pressure , diastolic pressure , the numbers of hypertension , blood glucose, diabetes mellitus, the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, Apo B and their combination(TC/HDL-C, TG/HDL-C, LDL-C/HDL-C), uric acid in CHD group is significantly raised (P<0.05).The levels of HDL-C , Apo A1, Apo A1 / Apo B, total bilirubin in CHD group is lower than control group(P<0.05).(2) The abnormal rate of TC, HDL-C, Apo B, TC/HDL-C, TG/HDL-C, LDL-C/HDL-C, Apo A1/Apo B ratio in CHD group significantly increased ( P<0.05 ) . The predicative value and likelihood ratio of TC/ HDL-C, TG / HDL-C, LDL-C/HDL-C, Apo A1/Apo B were superior to that of other lipids. (3)The numbers of Hyperuricemia in CHD group is significantly raised ( P<0.05 ). The numbers of Hypertension and Hypertriglyceridemia in CHD group combined Hyperuricemia is higher than control group combined Hyperuricemia(P<0.05).(4)A significant linear regression between the total bilirubin and TC, TG, LDL-C was found in CHD group (P<0.05)(.5)In logistic regression model, the aged (≥60years), male, smoking, family History, Hypertension, Diabetes mellitus, uric acid, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, Apo A1, Apo B, TC/HDL-C, TG/HDL-C, LDL-C HDL-C, Apo A1/Apo B, et al. are represented direct correlation with CHD(P<0.05). Total bilirubin is represented inverse correlation with CHD ( P<0.05 ) . The diagnostic for CHD value of TC/HDL-C, TG/ HDL-C ,LDL-C/ HDL-C, Apo A1/Apo B was superior to that of that of other lipids.【Conclusion】To analysis the risk factors for coronary heart disease with 1184 patients with CHD in Guangxi Yulin region, which results in a certain extent reflects the with risk factors for CHD in Yulin region; The aged (≥60years), male, smoking, family History, Hypertension, Diabetes mellitus, uric acid, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, Apo A1, Apo B, TC/HDL-C , TG/HDL-C, LDL-C/HDL-C, Apo A1/Apo B are represented direct correlation with CHD in Yulin region. Total bilirubin is represented inverse correlation with CHD in Yulin region, but its diagnostic value in CHD is little. The odds ratio, likelihood ratio, Exp(B) of the TC/HDL-C,TG/ HDL-C, LDL-C/HDL-C, Apo A1/Apo B are superior than other lipids for diagnostic value in CHD in Yulin region.
