The Research Of Drug Intervention On Animal Model With Chemotherapy Induced Phlebitis

Objectives: Use four kinds of protection methods on animal model with chemotherapy induced phlebitis, and observe its pathological changes under microscope, to compare the protection effect of the four kinds of methods ,and provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy induced phlebitis in clinical.Methods: Randomly divided 48 rabbits into four groups, and established the auricular phlebitis model of rabbits by intravenous infusion of Vincristine according to pre-experimental method. Used different protection methods before and after vincristine intravenous infusion in the intervention group, and no any protection methods in the control group. Observed the pathological changes under microscope at 48th hour and 7d after infusion and evaluated the protection effect.Results: Compared with the control group, hirudoid creamgel showed the significant protection effect on perivascular hemorrhage and Thrombus at 48th hour after infusion(P<0.05); raceanisodamine hydrochloride injection showed the significant protection effect on inflammatory cell infiltration, vascular congestion, proliferation of endothelium and perivascular hemorrhage(P<0.05); comfeel showed the significant protection effect on endothelial swelling and perivascular hemorrhage(P<0.05); jinhuang cream did not show the significant protection effect(P>0.05)。Compared with the control group, raceanisodamine hydrochloride injection showed the significant protection effect on proliferation of endothelium and thrombus at 7d after infusion(P<0.05); jinhuang cream showed the significant protection effect on proliferation of fiber, perivascular hemorrhage and thrombus ( P < 0.05 ) ; comfeel showed the significant protection effect on vascular congestion(P<0.05); hirudoid creamgel did not show the significant protection effect(P>0.05)。Conclusion: It is effective to use these four kinds of protection methods on the prevention and treatment of the auricular phlebitis model of rabbits. Because of different characteristics, they have respective advantages. jinhuang cream shows some long-term protection effects on the auricular phlebitis model of rabbits; raceanisodamine hydrochloride injection can show its protection effects quickly and efficiently , it is inexpensive and easy to use, and can reduce the difficulty of venipuncture by its effect of vasodilatation.
