Investigating The Effectiveness Of Vaginal Constriction Operations For The Vaginal Relaxation

[Objective] to investigate the effectiveness of vaginal constriction operations for the vaginal relaxation[Methods] from Aug 2004 to Aug 2009 5 cases suffering from vaginal relaxation were performed operation with the vagina mucosa of vaginal posterior-wall excision,56 cases were treated with the vaginal mucosa intact with the pelvic floor muscles repair ,2 cases treated with thread burial stuture along the vagina the submucous layer .the mean operational time ,the mean bleeding volume and wound healing and degree after surgery were evaluated follow up 2 months to 2 years to evaluate the adavantage and future applications of these four approaches .[Results] 1,The vaginal constriction operation by the vagina mucosa of vaginal posterior-wall excision unimproving degree of the vaginal relaxation2,vaginal constriction operation by the vaginal mucosa intact with the pelvic floor musculus repair the cases all described the stronger contraction force of anus and vagina and two vaginal plica were formed in vaginal posterior- wall will improve to repair vaginal relaxation.3,vaginal constriction operation by elastic thread suture along the vagina at the submucous layer is a simple approach and slight injury and less bleeding But the 2 cases's elastic thread reveal from the vaginal mucosa then with the vaginal mucosa intact approach to repairing get the improving degree of vaginal relaxation . 4,vaginal constriction operation by injection our department didn't applicate in but in our vaginal relaxation cases had 5 cases did vaginal injection all says having vaginal relaxation demand vaginal constriction .[Conclusion] The vaginal mucosa intact with the pelvic floor musculus repair and pevineal body reconstruction can repair the pelvic floor injury by pregnancy and vaginal delivery the approach is the effective vaginal constrictive.
