Water Quality Assessment And Protection Measurement Of Drinking Water Resources In Fuzhou City

In recent years, our country has made great achievements on environmental protection, but problems still exist. With the low per capital water resource volume, serious water pollution, the increasing water demand in urban, the contradiction between the supply and requirement of water resources is becoming acute increasingly, drinking water security is becoming particular serious.Fuhe River is the key drinking water supply resource. This paper focuses on evaluating water quality of parts of Fuhe River in Fuzhou City, analyses the existing water quality situation by using individual evaluation standard indication method which integrates the simple pollution comprehensive index method. Meanwhile, this paper analyses the annual change of water quality of Fuhe River according to the collected data of many years. Based on the analysis results, this paper gives advice about management, technical support and publicity measurement in order to provide scientific evidences for protecting drinking water resource and strengthening management.
