Objective The use of magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) Determination of traumatic diffuse axonal brain injury (DAI) in rat brain regions of N-acetyl aspartate (NAA), creatine (Cr), choline (Cho) and NAA / Cr , Cho / Cr values, combined withβ-APP immunohistochemistry dynamic changes to discuss the spectral changes in acute phase DAI pathophysiological changes in the DAI to provide early diagnosis and treatment based on the foundation. Methods From 50 male rats were divided into test group and control group, with free-falling Copy diffuse axonal brain injury in animal models, in the injury before and immediately after injury, 4h, 8h, 24h, 48h, respectively, MRS trip inspection, observation NAA peak, Cho-feng, Cr peak and the NAA / Cr, Cho / Cr changes, combined withβ-APP immunohistochemical study of the dynamic observation of the early DAI.Results After the fight against 0.5hβ-APP stained axonal injury to see the performance of the pathology, 4h-12h neurons visible swelling and distortion, 24h can be seen after the formation of axonal retraction ball; MRS showed NAA peak, NAA / Cr injury that is significantly 4h decline, 8h rise gradually to resume, but also significantly decreased 24h, and Cho / Cr had no significant changes in the law. Conclusion MRS spectra show a time window of recoverability during acute (<8h) and short-term deposit, and then Lesions continue to develop after 24h ,which consist with the pathological changes, . MRS can provide the basis for the effect and be traumatic for the extent of DAI and early diagnosis, treatment.
