Objective: To compare the changes of enzymogram and neuroendocrine hormones with female infertility after THL and LAP check, which would perspect the biochemical analysis of THL and LAP the impact with surgery on the body, as the guide and provide a theoretical basis for clinical practice. Methods: 60 female infertility cases from October 2007 to April 2008 with reproductive treatment, were randomly divided into two groups according to operation, THL group and each LAP group, each 30 cases. Both groups check enzymogram before the start of the surgery and after surgery 24-hour. 3 ml venous blood was taken from his left elbow to test CK, CK-MB, AST and LDH. In addition, 20 minutes after surgery and 24 hours after surgery, blood samples were collected for the radioimmunoassay measurem of T3, T4, TSH, F and Ins level in two groups. (x|-)±s data indicated that group compared with paired t tests, groups were compared using two-sample t test to compare the number, and P <0.05 for the difference was significant with SPSS 13.0 statistics statistical analysis software. Results: (1) There was not any significant difference (P> 0.05) before and after 24 hours of CK, CK-MB, AST and LDH in THL Group. But There was significant difference (P <0.01 or P <0.05) before and after 24 hours of CK, CK-MB, AST and LDH in LAP Group. (2) Patients Beebe T3 significantly reduced preoperative (P <0.01) in LAP group, and after 24 hours further reduced (P <0.01). (3) T4 and TSH was significantly increased in patients (P <0.01) in LAP group, after 24 hours down to the foundation level. (4) F was during peak (P <0.01), and it reduced at the end of surgery but still higher than that of preoperatively surgery(P <0.01). F in LAP group after a 24-hour group was significantly higher than that of THL group. (5) There was no significant changes in Ins groups before and after surgery (P> 0.05).Conclusions: (1) THL are suitable for minimally invasive out-patient examination, in which neuroendocrine hormone and enzymogram had no significant changes before and after surgery. (2) LAP surgery can lead to myocardial and neuroendocrine damage,so extra caution is required at all times taking into account the effects of CO2 pneumoperitoneum.
