| Objective:To observe Transvaginal hydrolaparoscopy (THL) combined with hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of infertility female patients. and to evaluate the value of THLMethods:91 cases with infertility underwent THL at Shenzhen People's hospital from Mar 2010 to Dec 2010. (1) The results of examination and treatment records, dome puncture after surgery the success rate of postoperative complications and surgical tolerance.(2)Compared with the LAP,complication rate, health economics indicators (operation time, discharge time, operative costs), etc.(3)Compared with the result of HSG. (4)Comparison of preoperative and postoperative hemoglobin, blood glucose and electrolytes and other indicators.Results:(1)The success rate of culdocentesis was 96.7%,and the incidence of complications was 0%by THL.(2)The whole cost of group THL was also lower than that of group Lap [(1253.7±191.4) RMB vs (6243.9±502.9) RMB,P<0.05]. The time of hospital stay in group THL was even less than that in group Lap [(4.8±1.8) h vs (122±5.3) h,P<0.05].(3) In Hysterosalpingography (HSG),the sensitivity and specificity were 61.22% and 66.67% in the diagnosis of the tubal patency, The accuracy of HSG tubal patency diagnostic was 63.41% (104/164), and 94.37% and 72.73% in the diagnosis of the uterine disease respectively. (4)There were a little effect in Hemoglobin and serum potassium (P<0.05), but within the normal range; serum sodium and glucose didn't change obviously (P> 0.05).Conclusions:(1)THL is a simple, accurate, safe, minimally invasive economy, and can be used to early detection of infertility. (2)Preoperative and postoperative postoperative hemoglobin, serum potassium had effect. but within the normal range. Serum sodium and blood glucose have no effect.
