Objective To investigate the mechanism of Pseudomonas aeruginosa Preparation to gastric adenocarcinoma cell strain MKN 45 and MGC 803.Methods Flow cytometry, soft agar colony forming experiment and cell invasion experiment were used to detect the effect and analysis it' s mechanism of Pseudomonas aeruginosa Preparation to gastric adenocarcinoma cell strain MKN45 and MGC803.Results MKN45 cell group :Flow cytometry reveals that G0/G1 phrase cell rate rise from 46.043% to 54.822% in experimental group , but S and G2/M phrase cell reduced , cell growth is inhabited; cell colony forming rate is 2. 0% and 4. 7% respectively in experimental and control group in soft agar colony forming experiment , and colony size ratio is 1:3, p<0. 05; in cell invasion experiment, cells invaded through basement membrane is 20.167 and 3. 333 in experimental and control group, the former decreased more than 80%, p<0.05. MGC803 cell group got the similar results too.Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa Preparation can inhabit the proliferation of MKN45 and MGC803 cell, and block there progress from G1 to S phrase; and reduce invasion and metastasis ability of MKN45 and MGC803 cell greatly, suppress its malignancy. Therefore it' s a good choice to cure gastric cancer ascites, Intraperitoneal free cancer cells (IFCCs) and implantation by intraperitoneal immunochemotherapy.
