Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in female, usually derived from epithelial tissue of breast, which severely affect health and even life of female. Statistically,the occurrence is 7%-10% of overall malignant tumors. The occurrence of breast cancer is increased in majority countries and districts,especially in developed countries.Although the overall occurrence of breast cancer in China is low,in some developed areas and cities along the coast of China, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, etc. the occurrence of breast cancer has become the first place of female malignat tumors, meanwhile the occurrence age is becoming younger and mortality is increasing. The etiology is not entirely clear yet. Researches indicated that breast cancer could be affected by genetic and environmental factors. There is few articles which reveal the role of genetics in the occurrence of female breast cancer in the north of China. There are relatively more studies about the role of environmental factors. Recently the exposure of women to risk factors of breast cancer has changed because of the change of economy and culture background. So it is necessary to assess and analyze the new risk factors nowadays. Usually the occurrence of breast cancer is related with age, especially between 40-60 years old, pre- and post-menopause, menstruation, excessive abortion, low quality of sexual life, artificial feeding, emotion depression, obesity, high-fat food income,bad habits,etc.Objective:To make an intensive study of common conditions, marriage, culture grade, health, illness history, living style, diet, mental factors, career, etc. and to find the related risk factors, provide scientific evidence to prophylaxis methods of the occurrence of breast cancer in Changchun. Methods:All cases were admitted in the general surgery centre of Jilin University in recent 3 years, and single-blind randomized trial was used. 100 female breast cancer patients in Changchun were divided into breast group, meanwhile 91 female patients with malignant tumor except breast cancer were chosen as non-breast group. All data were collected by questionnaire. A data base was established and the data were analyzed by SPSS software. Chi-square constituent ratio was used in intra-group analysisResults:Culture grade, benign disease of breast,diabetes mellitus, genetics, unregular menstruation,high-fat diet,short-time lactation(<12 month) lack of intension to physical examination are verified to be high risk factors of breast cancer. (P<0.05)There is no significant difference in career, marriage, menopause,age of primiparous, labour activity, operation of breast,health condition after emotion effect, sleep, lack of communication with family. (P>0.05).Conclusions:high culture grade , first degree relatives suffered from breast cancer,short-time lactation(<12 month), abortions(>2) , lack of intension to physical examination , diabetes mellitus , untreated benign disease of breast , unregular menstruation , high-fat diet, emotion depression for a long time are risk factors of breast cancer.
