Breast cancer incidence and mortality continued to grow rapidly inthe world, has now become one of the most common malignant tumors in female, which severely affect health and even life safety.Breast cancer usuallyderived from epithelial tissue of breast, about two-thirds ishormone-dependent. Be compared with Western majority countries anddistricts, although the overall occurrence of breast cancer in China islow, but in recent years, the incidence is growing faster than Europe andUnited States.Especially in the developed areas and cities along thecoast, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, etc. the occurrence of breastcancer has become the first place of female tumors in thesedistricts, meanwhile the occurrence age is becoming younger.Because of the breast cancer etiology is still not entirelyclear, deeply studying the risk factors of breast cancer,is an effectiveway to reduce the incidence and mortality,in Western countries there arelots of breast cancer screening and researches based on large samplesurvey, searching for the risk factors, specifically the risk factorsrelated to breast cancer Hormone and its correlation with the strengthof the risk. However, risk factors of breast Cancer associated with thepresence of ethnic, geographical and other differences,The results offoreign did not accurately predict the risk of breast cancer of China. The domestic research results are often based on small samples in someareas.Analysis of the small survey population still can not accuratelypredict the high risk of breast cancer of Chinese women.Researches indicated that breast cancer could be affected by genetic and environmental factors. There is few articles which reveal the role ofgenetics in the occurrence of female breast cancer in the north of China. There are relatively more studies about the role of environmental factors.Recently the exposure of women to risk factors of breast cancer has changedbecause of the change of economy and culture background. So it is necessaryto assess and analyze the new risk factors nowadays. Objective:To make an intensive study of common conditions, such as age, menstruation, excessive abortion, artificial feeding,obesity,high-fatfood income, etc.to find the related risk factors.provide scientificevidence to prophylaxis methods of the occurrence of breast cancer inChina. Methods:Ministry of Health subordinates(tube) hospital clinical disciplineskey project(07090122)"Establishment and chemoprevention of breast cancerrisk population screening intervention model " provides data andinformation sources for this paper. All cases were admitted in the generalsurgery of twenty-three grade3and first-class clinical hospitals ofChina provinces such as Jilin and Shandong within recent one year, andsingle-blind randomized trial was used.1557female breast cancerpatients were divided into breast group, meanwhile1557female patientswith malignant tumor except breast cancer were chosen as non-breast group. All data were collected by questionnaire. A data base was established andthe data were analyzed by SPSS software. statistical methods had been usedto analyze data. Results:The patient’s age,the first production age>30years,history ofdiabetes, prolonged menstruation, high body mass index, multiple unnaturalabortion, artificial feeding, proved to be risk factors for breast cancer.Short lactation(<12months) and the number of full-term nosignificant difference in the incidence in our country. Conclusions:Peri menopausal age,the first production age>30years,history ofdiabetes, prolonged menstruation, high body mass index, multiple unnaturalabortion, artificial feeding and other factors that increase breast cancerrisk of illness.
