The Expression And Meaning Of Insulin Receptor α,β In Endometrial Carcinoma

Objective: To explore the expressions of Insulin receptor ?,? in the endometrial carcinoma,and to evaluate their clinical significances in early diagnosis and therapy.Methods: 66 endometrial carcinomas were chose as observed groups(A group ) ,the total of normal endometrialums(B1 group) and endometrial hyperplasias(B2 group) were 66,which were chose as control group(B group). To expressions of Insulin receptor ?,? were determined from 2 groups endometrial tissue samples by immunohistochemical EnVision method.Results1.The rate of positive expression of Insulin receptor?,? also were higher in A group than in B group or in B1 group, and they also were higher in B2 group than in B1 group,there also is singnificantly difference between them(P<0.05).The rate of positive expression of insulin receptor ?,? were higher in A group than in B2 group,but there is not singnificantly difference between them(P>0.05). 2.In A group,the positive expression rates of Insulin receptor ?,? also were significantly lower in high differentiated endomentrial carecinoma than which in moderately and poorly differentiated endomentrial carecinoma, and they were significantly higher in gland endometrial carcinoma than which in exceptive style of endometrial carcinoma, and they also higher in endometrial carcinoma combine with diabetes than which in without diabetes,there also is singnificantly difference between them(P<0.05). However, the positive rates of Insulin receptor ?,? were not significantly differences in stages,myometrial invastion and lymph metastasis and menopause or not.Conclusion: The abnormal expression of Insulin receptor ?,? is related with the endometrial carcinoma, and we can look for a new way of endometrial carcinoma theraph that can prevent the normal endometrialums or endometrial hyperplasias to turn into cancer.
