Clinical Research On Xiaozheng Treatment For Type Of Weakness And Blood Stagnation With Uterine Leiomyoma And The Survey Of Correlation Factors

Objective:â‘ Studying the clinical effect and security of type of weakness and blood Stagnation of uterine leiomyoma patients with decoction of xiaozhen,provide the method of conservative treatment for zhe patients with small uterine fibroids and surgical contraindication.â‘¡use the investigating of incidence in 100 uterine leiomyoma patients to explore the risk factors of uterine fibroids.Methods:clinical research:Selected by the out-patient Hysteromyoma TCM is now empty of blood stasis in patients with 60 cases,Randomly divided into treatment group and the control group.There are 60 patients in treatment group,give them the treatment of the decoction of xiaozhen;the 30 patients of the control group given capsules GuizhiFuling treatment,three menstrual cycle for a course of treatment.Observed in patients with clinical symptoms and signs, as well as the changes in blood rheology and the changes in sex hormone levels.Study of correlation factors:Selected 100 out-patient and hospitalization in patients of uterine fibroids,the questionnaire asked in detail about the cause-related content and patiently explained to guide patients to fill a cause of the questionnaire study,and statistical analysis of survey results to explore the incidence of uterine leiomyoma relevant factors.Results:Clinical study:â‘ clinical symptoms:recovery of TCM symptoms such as periodicity,amoun,color,quality in the treatment group during the menstrual period are supuier to the control group.Particularly in the periodicity and amount of menstrual,the total effective rate in treatment group was:73.33%,while control group is 53.33%,and compared before treatment to the after were statistically significant(P＜0.05).â‘¡signs:patients in treatment group can be found out that ultrasonography myoma significantly reduced compared with before treatment by type B Ultrasound-test(P＜0.05),while patients in control group have no significant changes in the tumor.â‘¢laboratory indicators:the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment in shear viscosity of whole blood(low 5/s)(P＜0.05),while control group has no statistical significance(P＞0.05).Target hormone:the treatment group estradiol E₂ and progesterone P reduced after treatment(P＜0.05).It has significant difference by statistics.Study of correlation factors:The incidence of uterine leiomyoma with patients is closely related to:â‘ diet.â‘¡emotion-thought.â‘¢inheritance.â‘£complication.⑤gynecology operation.Conclusion:Decoction of Xiaozheng which is prescripted with enforcing zhengqi and removing blood stagnation can treat uterine leiomyoma(type of weakness and blood stagnation) effectively.It can significantly improve hysteromyoma clinical symptoms,and there is a certain degree of tumor shrinkage effect.And also to some extent It can reduce blood levels of target and sex hormones,especially reducing shear viscosity of whole blood(5/s),estradiol E₂ and progesterone P level.It turn out that uterine leiomyoma is related to day-to-day diet,mental state, suffering from its own constitution and is closely to other diseases,excessive consumption of bee products,freeze-dried powder,concentrated milk and other nutritious food,depression,etc. according to the questionnaire of Patients with uterine leiomyoma.
