Clinical Study On Characteristics Of Chronic Renal Failure Microinflammatory Status In TCM Syndrome

Object: From analysis the clinical relation of the chronic renal failure(CRF) patients with microinflammatory status and TCM syndrome types,approach the regularity of TCM Syndrome Distribution of chronic renal failure microinflammatory status,expect to affording the theory base for the treatment in Chinese medicine for the chronic renal failure patients with microinflammatory status.Methods : Collect 88 patients of Chinese medicine hospital in Jiangsu Province 2008.3-2008.12 Nephrology hospitalized in line with the inclusion criteria of CRF and CRF microinflammatory status, under the same conditions of blood collection,and related inspection, record the main symptoms and the tongue vein in admission, to TCM differentiation in special messenger, and statistical analysis.Results:①52.8% of CRF patients exist the microinflammatory status.②CRF patients Deficiency Syndrome to designate the most Qi-Yin Deficiency syndrome, followed by the spleen and kidney Qi Deficiency Syndrome,Yin and Yang Deficiency and the spleen and kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome;Standard Positive designate to permit bleeding most, followed by muddy wet,water gas, hot and humid syndrome card. CRF patients with microinflammatory status Deficiency Syndrome to designate the most Qi-Yin Deficiency syndrome, followed by Yin and Yang Deficiency and the spleen and kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome; Standard Positive designate to permit bleeding syndrome most, followed by muddy wet,water gas, hot and humid syndrome.③CRF microinflammation status wet muddy certification with the many syndromes and spleen and kidney Qi Deficiency Syndrome, the bleeding card easy permit the Qi-Yin Deficiency and Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome, water gas syndrome was particularly prevalent in the spleen of Kidney Yang Deficiency and Yin and Yang Deficiency syndrome, wind-driven syndrome easy permit Yin and Yang Deficiency syndrome.④Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome hs-CRP level was significantly lower than other groups Syndromes (P <0.05), water vapor permits hs-CRP levels were significantly higher than the blood evidence (P <0.05).⑤Microinflammatory status in the CRF of the period are widespread, but the period of decompensation, renal failure and uremia period period between three levels of hs-CRP was no significant difference (P> 0.05); dialysis treatment group with non-dialysis treatment group , hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis group group comparison between the hs-CRP were not statistically significant (P> 0.05).⑥Alb level of normal hs-CRP level was significantly lower than Hypoproteinemia group (P <0.05), and Hb, pAlb, TC, TG levels of normal group with non-normal group between hs-CRP had no significant difference (P> 0.05).Conclusions:①CRF patients with microinflammation status are prevalent.②CRF patients with microinflammatory status Deficiency Syndrome to designate the most Qi-Yin Deficiency syndrome, followed by Yin and Yang Deficiency and the spleen and kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome; Standard Positive designate to permit bleeding syndrome most, followed by muddy wet, water gas, hot and humid syndrome.③Microinflammatory status in CRF characteristic of the disease is qi deficiency blood stasis, spleen and kidney qi (yang) is true incidence of this, phlegm and blood stasis disease progression is an important pathological factors.④CRF microinflammatory status are prevalence of anemia,malnutrition and cardiovascular diseases.⑤Microinflammatory status in CRF is closely related to malnutrition,and more poorer of the nutritional status, more serious microinflammatory status.
