| Purpose：The renal failure granules on chronic renal failure rats.Material and method：This experiment with adenine (Adenine) induced rat model of chronic renalfailure. Use of renal failure granules gavage for4weeks, to package thealdehyde oxidation starch as the positive control medicine.Results：The Shenshuaining granules can significantly improve rat symptoms，Serumcre improve the rats’symptoms and reduce the levels of blood urea atinine(Ser)，improve renal function，but also have the function of antioxidation(p<0.05)，it also reduced the crystals in renal tubules and interregnal tissue. Themorphosis of some renal tubules was close to normal. The Pathological lesionsimproved significantly after treatment under1ight一microscopic examination.Conclusion：renal failure granules could improve renal function significantly andinhibit the progression of CRF. For the further study and clinical applicationto provide scientific experimental basis. |
