The Clinical Observation Of Different Stage The Treatment On Ischemic Stroke Hemiplegy With Acupuncture

[Purpose]The study of different acupuncture treatment at the each stage of ischemic stroke hemiplegy is put forward. With the comparison of acupuncture treatment and medicine treatment, analyze and summarize the curative effects,quest the effects in the treatment of the disease. At the same time, supply the clinical foundation for increasing the effects and standardizing the treatment methods.[methods]60 ischemic stroke patients were divided into 3 groups on the basis of stochastic and contrapositive principle, including acupuncture treatment group,acupuncture control group,and medicine control group. Each group has 20 cases,observe the effects among 3 groups. Acupuncture treatment group use different acupoints at different stage, acupuncture control group adopt the traditional acupuncture methods and single medicine treatment. The used medicine of the former 2 groups is the same as medicine control group. By observing the changing of nerve function defect and activities of daily life index, clinical effection ,do the statistical analysis.[results]The studying result by statistical analysis is shown that the effect of acupuncture treating apoplexy hemiplegy patients is definite. The effect of treating ischemic stroke hemiplegy patients in a staged manner is better than traditional acupuncture treatment and single medicine treatment(P<0.05) .[conclusions]For the treatment effect of sequela of ischemic stroke, acupunctured in a staged manner treatment group and traditional acupuncture group are all superior to single medicine treatment group. It is proved, once again, that the effect of acupuncture treating ischemic stroke is definite; the effect of acupunctured in a staged manner treatment group is superior to traditional acupuncture treatment group and single medicine treatment group, it is pointed out that using the different acupuncture methods at the different stage can make patients get well shortly for stroke, and provide the important scientific basis for raising further the effect of of sequela of ischemic stroke and standarding treating program.
