Objective: This study is to extrapolate the effect of uroschesis by acupoint injecting Lidocaine or Anisodamine during performing the Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids (PPH), and to extrapolate the mechanism of action. In order to offer reliable evidence for developing the Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids. Methods: 45 patients with third-fourth degree hemorrhoids were enrolled, and devided into three groups: 15 patients no injecting and 15 patients injecting Lidocaine and 15 patients injecting Anisodamine. The uroschesis and anus gas pains and anus pain were compared and statistically analysed in the three groups respectively. Results: There was no statistic difference in the groups in terms of postoperative cure rate and anus gas pains and anus pain (P>0.05) .There was statistically difference in the groups, however, when compared the uroschesis (P<0.01).Conclusion: By infecting Lidocaine, the a-shi acupoint and the chang-qiang acupoint will reduce the occurrence rate of uroschesis, and reduce the patient pain.
