The Clinical Research On The Rubber Band Ligation In The Treatment Of Internal Hemorrhoids

Objective: To investigate the effect of clinical symptoms by using the rubber band ligation to treat internal hemorrhoids, contrasting with traditional ligation with string.Method:31 cases of patients suffered from internal hemorrhoids were analyzed and divided into two groups,15 cases of treatment group by the rubber band ligation and 16 cases of control group by the string ligation. Observe the time consumption and bleeding during operation;Observe the postoperative pain both rest and after defecation, bleeding,urinary retention and recovery time.Patients were followed up for anal function and satisfaction from 3 to 6 months.T-test will be choosed in the measurementdata and the Chi-square test and rank test be choosed in the enumeration data.Result:Through the statistical analysis,there were significant difference in the time consumption and bleeding during operation, the postoperative pain,the postoperative bleeding,the postoperative urinary retention and recovery time between treatment group and control group; There were not significant difference in the the postoperative pain after defecation, the postoperative bleeding, the postoperative the prolapse of the hemorrhoid, the postoperative edema and anus function.Conclusion: (1)Compare with traditional ligation with string,rubber band ligation is so essy that it comsume less time and reduce bleeding during operation;It is more comfortable to suffer from rubber band ligation than string ligation for pation,because of less postoperative pain,reducing the rate of tube drainage urine and less recovery time.(2)In the treatment of internal hemorrhoids,rubber band ligation has the same efficacy as string ligation,but can reduce complications.(3) Rubber band ligation instrument has been improved to a kind of throwaway instrument by strict disinfection,so it is so easy portable that it is really a instrument of choice in outpatient operation.
