Clinical Study Of The Promoting Blood Circulation And Clearing Stasis Medicine On Treating Cerebral Edema After Cerebral Hemorrhage And Surgery

Cerebral hemorrhage is a high incidence of neurological disease, in the western countries,8%-15% of the stroke is cerebral hemorrhage, while our country is as high as 21%-48%. Cerebral edema is the key factor of secondary injury after Cerebral hemorrhage, is the main reason of neurological dysfunction. According to Chinese medicine and modern medical theories about stroke, I discuss the pathogenesis and treatment of Cerebral edema after Cerebral hemorrhage and Surgery. Heat internal organs and Qizhi Congestion the are the main pathogenesis. Promoting Blood Circulation and Clearing Stasis is the main therapy.Objective: to assesst the advantages and efficacy of the Promoting Blood Circulation and Clearing Stasis medicine on treating Cerebral edema after Cerebral hemorrhage and Surgery.Methods: select 50 cerebral hemorrhagers of Jiangsu Province hospital of TCM. Random grouping and parallel contrast are employed. The two groups are both treated with Western Medicine(Mannitol 250ml with Furosemide 20mg alternate use every 12 hours) ,while traditional Chinese medicine is added to the Treatment group. The Scores of nerve function , degrees of Cerebral edema, Hemorrheology and Lipid are the main target after 14 observation, and do the Statistical analysis and comparison.Results: the symptoms and signs are significantly improved of treatment group than the control group, and promote the absorption of intracranial hematoma and edema, improve the Hemorrheology and Lipid with statistical significance. Moreover, there is no significant difference of security target as liver and kidney functions before and after the treatment, it prove that the medicine has safe clinical efficacy and no significant side effects.Conclusion: the effect of Promoting Blood Circulation and Clearing Stasis medicine with dehydration drug is better than simple dehydration medicine on treating cerebral edema after Cerebral hemorrhage and Surgery. It further improve the quality of life of cerebral hemorrhagers and provide the clinical basis for promotion of Traditional Chinese Medicine applies to acute Cerebral Hemorrhage.
