Background and Objectives:It was reported Gestational Diabetes Mellitus(GDM) is increasing year by year. At the moment, glycometabolism disorder appears to pregnant women about 20%-30%.GDM is one of severe and dangerous diseases that can harm mother and children. It is important problem that we must face to this disease.GDM can influence to new-born.At the first place,occurred-ratio of fetal macrocosmic is 25%-42%.At the second place,occurred-ratio of treatise is 6%-8%.It is three times more than regular-pregnant women. At the last place, dead fetus and death rate of new-born are of a high level. There are a lot of abnormal clinical manifestations in 48~72 hours after delivery. For example:breathe-hasted,tachycardia,nervous system of excitation or inhibition and so on.In addition, there are many complications. For instance: acid-base disequilibrium, hypoglycemia, hypocalcaemia, hypomagnesaemia, hyperbilirubinemia, hyaline membrane disease, erythromatosis, infection and so on. We can conclude these new-bom have lowly resistance. Our targets are IgG,IgA,IgM,C3,C4 and CRP.We firstly made an abecedarian discuss on neonatal immunity which mother is GDM.This project aims at investigating the clinical significance of above-mentioned target.Subjects and methods:We selected 79 new-born in Jinan Maternity and Child Care Hospital, whose mothers were health and no complicating disease, among which 30 cases were cesarean section,49 cases were natural labor, including 43 cases of male sex,36 cases of female sex.In addition,we selected 65 new-born whose mothers were Gestational Diabetes Mellitus, among which 36 cases were cesarean section,29 cases were natural labor, including 31 cases of male sex,34 cases of female sex.We made the GDM cases as study group, other normal cases as control. We collected 3ml blood in 12 hours after delivery. Then we detected the IgG,IgA,IgM,C3,C4 and CRP.The new-born whose mothers were Gestational Diabetes Mellitus were detected microblood-glucose.Results:1.IgG was showed significant difference between GDM group and the control (P<0.01).IgA and IgM were showed no significant difference between GDM group and the control(P>0.05).2.Complement C3 and C4 were showed significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.IgG and C4 were showed no significant difference between Male-sex group and female-sex group in all New-born(P>0.05),but C3 was showed significant difference(P<0.01).IgG,C3 and C4 in GDM group were showed no significant difference between Male-sex group and female-sex group(P>0.05).IgG and C3 in control group were showed significant difference between Male-sex group and female-sex group(P<0.01),but C4 was showed no significant difference(P>0.05).4.IgG,C3 and C4 were showed significant difference between cesarean group and natural labor group in all New-born(P<0.01).IgG and C4 in cesarean group were showed no significant difference between GDM group and the control(P>0.05),but C3 was showed significant difference(P<0.01).IgG,C3 and C4 in natural labor group were showed significant difference between GDM group and the control(P<0.05).5.The serum level of IgG,C3 and C4 were positive correlated with the blood glucose in GDM group.6.CRP was showed significant difference between GDM groups and the control(P<0.01).The positive rate of CRP in GDM group was 29.23%.Conclusion:1.IgG,C3 and C4 were lower in GDM group than in the control. These new-born which mothers were GDM have low level of immunity.2.Sexual distinction influences to neonatal immunity.GDM influences to neonatal immunity,too.3.The different way of parturition influences to neonatal immunity, and these new-born which mothers were GDM have low level of immunity.4.The serum level of IgG,C3 and C4 were positive correlated with the blood glucose in GDM group.5.The positive rate of CRP in GDM group was 29.23%.CRP was showed significant difference between GDM group and the control. These new-born which mothers were GDM were liable to concurrent infection.
