Objective By detecting cirrhosis immunoglobulins (IgA, IgG, IgM), complement (C3, C4)levels in patients with diabetes, in order to explore the relationship between it and the diseaseprocess, looking for the assessment of prognosis and complications effective indicator for inthe future to further basic research and clinical research provides theoretical support.MethodsMarch2012April to2013setember in our department(General Hospital of Ningxia MedicalDisease Division)regularly review the out-patient and hospitalization in patients with livercirrhosis or diabetes140cases. Which healthy persons serum30case in group A as controlgroup, cirrhosis patients in groupB40cases,(15cases of decompensated, decompensated25cases), diabetic patients group C30cases, Cirrhosis patients with diabetes mellitus as D group,40patients (17cases of decompensated, decompensated23cases). Observe and record theserum of immunoglobulins (IgA, IgG, IgM), complement (C3, C4), alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), total bilirubin red pigment (TBIL), albumin (ALB),prothrombin activity (PTA) changes. Results Were included for the subjects of a total of140cases in mind, health blank control group of30cases,40cases of group B,30cases of groupC,.group D40cases.①Respectively, compared with the A group, B group of IgG andcomplement C3, C4difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), immunoglobulin IgA andIgM difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Group C immunoglobulins IgA andC4difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), immunoglobulinIgG、IgM andcomplement C3difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05);②B and Cgroups, respectively, compared with the group D, group B immunoglobulin IgA andcomplement C4difference was significant (P <0.05), IgG, IgM, complement C3differencewas not statistically significant (P>0.05); the difference of group C the IgG and C3was significant (P <0.05), IgA, IgM, complement C4difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).③Compared with the decompensated cirrhosis and decompensation group.Whenthe ALT, AST, TBIL elevated, the immunoglobulin IgG, IgA, IgM were increased, and thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.05); complement C3, C4are reduced, C4decreased more significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).④Analysisthe relevance of liver function and immunoglobulin and complement levels in group Dpatients, IgG was positive correlation with TBIL, P <0.05; IgG was negatively correlated withthe PTA,P<0.05; IgA was negatively with PTA, P <0.05; complement C3was negativelycorrelated with the PTA,P<0.05.Conclusions (1) Humoral immune disorders play animportant role in both pathogenesis of iver cirrhosis and diabetes.(2)The merger of both, theimmunoglobulin and complement changes are independence, humoral immune disorder thatplay a relatively limited role in the both common pathogenesis.
