Different Effects Of Three Anastomoses In Gastric Carcinoma Patients With Diabetes

Objective To review and analyse the effects of different anastomoses in gastric carcinoma with tgpe 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Analysis the clinical data of 46 gastric carcinoma patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital during the last 8 years.All these patients accept operations for therapy.Devide the 46 patients into 3 groups: Billorthâ… anastomoses group(n=17), Billorthâ…¡anastomoses group(n=16)and Roux - en - y anastomoses group(n=13).Record the changes in drugs for diabetes before and after surgery.Evaluate the different improvement of diabetes half a year after the three operations.Results The effective rates of diabetes in Billorthâ… group is lower than that in Billorthâ…¡group and Roux-en-y group(P<0.05).But there is no evident difference between Billorthâ…¡group and Roux-en-y group(P>0.05).Conclusion The effective rates of diabetes are different among Billorthâ… , Billorthâ…¡and Roux-en-y anastomoses. Billorthâ…¡and Roux-en-y anastomoses may be better for the gastric carcinoma patients with diabetes mellitus.
