By studying the immune function and antioxidant of sea buckthorn on D-galactose aging rats. aim is to provide the basis for further study. The purpose is to provide a basis forfurther research and application on sea buckthorn. In this study,we selected 50 Wistar rats which were equally divided between male and female, The weight of each rat was about 180±20 g,they were randomLy divided into five groups:normal group, model control group,low-dose group,middle-dose group and highdose group of Hippophae rhamnoides.Except the normal, other groups were given the dose of 125 mg/kg subcutaneous injection of D-galactose aging model production every day.The normal group were injected in to Isodose NS as experimental groups.at the same time,Experiment groups were fed with 50mg/kg, 100 mg/kg,200 mg/kg dose gavage Seabuckthorn flavonoids. The normal group and the model control group fed with the same amount of distilled water Once a day,the experiment lasted 42 days. Then tested On the antioxidant capacity and immunity of rats.Detected the targets for antioxidant superoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde, glutathione peroxidase, catalase, monoamineoxidase, nitrous oxide nitrogen.Detected the targets for the immune organ index of immune organs in rats, the number of leukocytes, peritoneal macrophage phagocytic function, ANAE-positive lymphocytes in the rate of content of serum hemolysin. The experimental results show that:1 Seabuckthorn flavonoids in each group compared with the model control group,Are varying degrees of increased superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, catalase vitality, reduced monoamine oxidase energy and malondialdehyde, nitric oxide content, suggesting that sea buckthorn flavonoids may enhance D-galactose aging rats to the antioxidant capacity in rats.2 Seabuckthorn flavonoids in each group compared with the model control group were increased to varying degrees index of immune organs in rats, the number of leukocytes was Increased and the phagocytic activity of peritoneal macrophage was enhanceed.3 Seabuckthorn flavonoids in each group compared with the model control group were increased to varying degrees in rat lymphocytes ANAE positive rate of serum hemolysin concentration, suggesting that sea buckthorn can improve the specificity of immune function in rats.4.Flavonoids in sea buckthorn in each group to the best 100 mg/kg dose,200 mg/kg followed. Flavonoids of Hippophae rhamnoides on rats prompted the antioxidant and immune-enhancing effect at a certain extent, with the dose increased, the trend was enhanced when more than the lower dose instead of the immune effect.
