The Clinical Study Of Treating The Non-Traumatic Osteo-Necrosis Of Femoral Head With Jiangushenjing Capsule

Purpose: To observe the curative effect of Jiangufuzhi Capsule(JGFZC) for treatment of Non-traumatic osteo-necrosis of femoral head(NONFH),and the treatment clinic orientation certificate, provide a reference for the clinical treatment of aftertime.Method: Choose to make a definite NONFH and accord with 60 cases random divide for two groups, Jiangufuzhi Capsule(JGFZC) was used in 30 cases of NONFH as the treated group compared with 30 cases treated by XLGBC for curative effect observation.Result: In the clinical study,the effect of anti-inflammatory and analgesic,the improvement of clinical total curative effect in the treated group were all superior to those in the control group. Jiangufuzhi Capsule(JGFZC) was used in 30 cases, total efficient is 86.67%,the ather group, total efficient is 80.00%。Conclusion: Through the Clinical study, The effect of the treated group was better than that of the controll group. The mechanism might be related with its actions of melioration of hemodynamics and mircocirculation, ameliorating the disturbance of metabolism of fattiness, regulating metabolism of calcium and phosphor, accelerating the growth of chicken embryo in cuvette.
