A Clinical Study Of The Jiangu Fuzhi Capsule Treat Osteonecrosis Of The Femoral Head

Purpose： This research observes the clinical effect of Jiangu Fuzhi capsule in order totreat osteonecrosis of the femoral head（sinews and vessels stasis pattern），to further discussthe pathology and the function mechanism of Jiangu Fuzhi capsule.Method：72patients were randomly divided into two groups (treatment group&control group). We applied the Jiangu Fuzhi capsule to treat in treatment group，36patients incontrol group were treated by Xianling Gubao capsule. We observed the Jiangu Fuzhi capsulesinfluence on the patients’ sings，symptoms，function of joint and X-ray examination showed.Result：The clinical research results indicated：Patients in the two groups after3monthsof treatment，curative effect comparison of X-ray examination after treatment in two groups，the treatment group29cases were improved，the improvement rate was80.56%，controlgroup24cases were improved，the improvement rate was66.67%，the treatment group wassignificantly better than the control group(P<0.05)；the two group patients pain，jointactivities，living， walking distance from4aspects such as than before treatment significantlyimproved(P<0.01or P<0.05)，the two groups，the treatment group pain，joint activities，suchas walking distance from3aspects were lower than those in the control group improvedsignificantly(P<0.05)，and more in life ability，difference no significant(P>0.05)，a therapeuticeffect of two groups；treatment group，the excellent and good rate was86.11%，good rate was75%in control group，the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion： Jiangu Fuzhi capsule is effective and safe on treating osteonecrosis of thefemoral head，and it is worthy to extensive use.
