Clinical Observation On Effect Of Moxibustion At Shenque Combined With Ear-acupoint-compression On Pos-op Urine Retention Symptom

Objective:In order to know the clinical effects of moxibustion at shenque point combined with ear-acupoint-compression on Pos-op Urine Retention Symptom。Methods : Divided 60 patients with Pos-op Urine Retention Symptom into the reflexotherapy group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)randomly。moxibustion at shenque combined with ear-acupoint-compression was used in the reflexotherapy group,while the ear-acupoint-compression were used in the control group。Compared the improving conditions of Pos-op Urine Retention Symptom between them.Results The effective rate of Pos-op Urine Retention Symptom in the reflexotherapy group andcontrol group were 93.33% and 70% respectively,and the difference a was significant,x2=6.031,P<0.05。and In voiding the time and Bainiaoliang comparison of the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05)。Conclusion:This study was observed with moxibustion at shenque combined with ear-acupoint-compression treatment of postoperative urinary retention of the effect of treatment of 30 cases, it is analysised their age, gender, type, and other indicators to come to the following conclusions:Firstly, Moxibustion at shenque combined with ear-acupoint-compression treatment of postoperative urinary retention effect is affirmative, the effective rate was 93.33 percent, compared with the control group had a significant difference。Secondly, Moxibustion at shenque combined with ear-acupoint-compression to improve the treatment of postoperative urinary retention in patients with voiding the situation before and after treatment were improved in the voiding of the time and Bainiaoliang comparison of the treatment group than the control group。Thirdly, Moxibustion at shenque combined with ear-acupoint-compression treatment of postoperative urinary retention in patients with no effection from age and gender。This treatment has a wide range of applications。So Moxibustion at shenque point combined with ear-acupoint-compression is a more effective measure to alleviate urinary retention after operation。...
