Clinical Observations Of Knee Osteoarthritis Pain Treated By Round Shallow Needles All Thorns

Objective: The topic aims at clinical observing the treated knee osteoarthritis pain by using"shallow needle all round thorns"and its clinical efficiency is studied in this paper.Methods: Sixty standard patients with the knee osteoarthritis pain are divided into two groups randomly in clinic. Treat 30 patients in one treatment group by shallow needle all round thorns. 30 patients in comparison group are treated with deep acupuncture. After fifteen days'treatment as a course, they have a rest for three days, and then the next course treatment is carried out. After two courses of treatment, contrast the symptoms of the two group patients before and after treatment and compare that of the patients in two groups.Results: The clinical observation indicates that the efficiency of the treatment group is 96.7%,while the efficiency of the control group is 83.3%,and the total efficiency of the treatment group is better than that of the control group (P <0.05).It Indicats that shallow all round thorn can significantly improve osteoarthritis of the knee pain.Conclusion:"Shallow Needles All Round Thorns"on osteoarthritis of the knee pain has advantages of better clinical efficacy and safe operation. With pain or pain-circumstances, patients can achieve better clinical efficiency. It applies to clinical treatment. However, the mechanism needs further investigation.
