Clinical Efficacy Of Huangqizhimushenqi Decoction For The 3rd Stage Diabetic Nephropathy With Qi And Yin Vacuity

Objectives:To observe the effect of Huangqizhimushenqi Decoction in treating microalbuminuria and clinical symptom of the 3rd stage diabetic nephropathy(DN) with qi and yin vacuity.So as to explore the therapeutic action and potential mechanism of Huangqizhimushenqi Decoction,which finally conduct as a satisfactory preparation to therapy 3rd stage diabetic nephropathy,to extend and utilize,to achieve determinate society and economic returns.Materials and Methods:62 patients from the Fuzhou General Hospital of Nanjing Mulitary Command with the 3rd stage of diabetic nephropathy with qi and yin vacuity(Male 38,Female 24;average age 56.1 years,average disease course 12.9 years) have been chosen into this clinical research.These 62 patients were divided into treatment group and contrast group at random,treatment group was 32 cases and contrast group was also 30 cases.Patients of treatment group took the Huangqizhimushenqi Decoction,adding modern medicine basical therapy;Patients of contrast group simply took the modern medicine basical therapy and Western medicine Lotensin only.The therapeutic course was 12 weeks for both two groups. Changes of clinical symptoms,microalbuminuria,blood glucose,blood viscosity,were observed and compared.Results:There was significal difference(P＜0.05) between treating group and contrast group in effectiveness of traditional Chinese medical syndrome.The clinical symptoms,as well as blood viscosity of the treating group were all significantly improved after treatment (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01),but in the contrast group improvement only showed in some of the projects above.The urine microalbuminuria/creatatine of both groups declined after cure without prominent discrepancy(P＞0.05).There was no prominent difference in blood glucose from beginning to end(P＜0.05).The both cure methods made no influence in renal function and blood pressure.No harmful response to all patients took place in the observation.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Huangqizhimushenqi Decoction for the 3rd stage of diabetic nephropathy with qi and yin vacuity was much better than that of modern medicine basical therapeutic in effectiveness of traditional Chinese medical syndrome.Qiyaodihuang Decoction could effectly lighten clinical symptom increasing patients' activity quality;and treat microalbuminuria the same as Western medicine Lotensin;Qiyaodihuang Decoction also could effectly lighten blood viscosity.
