Investigation Of The Clinical Curative Effects For ACEI Combined With Prostaglandin E1 On Microalbuminuria Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To investigate the effects of ACEI combined with prostaglandin El(PGEl)on patients with microalbuminuria of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 60 patients with microalbuminuria of early diabetic nephropathy were divided randomly into treated group(n=32) which were treated with PGE1 combined with Lotensin and into control group (n=28) which were treated with Lotensin only in two weeks. Two groups were treated with the same basic diet control and insulin.Result The 24h microalbuminuria of the post-therapy group decreased significantly compared with the pretherapy group respectively(P<0. 05), but the 24h microalbuminuria of the treated group reduced more than the 24h microalbuminuria of the control group(P<0.05). No significant change of the serum creatinine was found in two groups(P>0.05). The control group showed obvious change in urea nitrogen(P<0.05), while the treated group showed no difference(P > 0.05)Conclusion The application of Lotensin on microalbuminuria in diabetic nephropathy is effective,and the application of the combination of Lotensin and PGE1 is more effective.
