Curcumin has a certain pharmacological effects so, it is widely used in the field of medicine, which can be considered the value of the drugs with the development of dual-use natural food products. Macrocyclic Schiff base complexes synthesis and application of research is also very active, As the synthetic methods and means of continuous are improvement and innovation, many new types of macrocyclic ligand and complexes have been synthesized. An overview of the thesis is that research progress of the Schiff Base complexes and the significance of rare earth elements to life, which is a more systematic exploration of the Schiff base and its complexes of different synthesis methods. Otherwise it is reported using the template synthesis of a series of rare earth Schiff base macrocyclic complexes by elemental analysis, molar conductance, IR, 1H NMR, TG - DTA and UV absorption spectra of their structural characterization, so as to determine the structure of the complexes. The result of the fluorescence of complexes at the room temperature, shows that the complex acted the characteristics of the corresponding fired curcumin. And to explores the complex nature of photochromism and inhibition of biological activity. This thesis has five parts:Part I: The general research of rare-earth ions and the pharmacological activity of curcumin and macrocyclic Schiff base complexesAn overview of the thesis and its Schiff Base Complexes of rare earth elements and the significance of life, a more systematic exploration of the Schiff base and its complexes of different synthesis methods. System summarizes the effect of curcumin and curcumin at the different nature of various aspects.Part II: Rare Earth curcumin Macrocyclic Synthesis, Fluorescence Properties and CharacterizationTaking rare earth (Ⅲ) nitrate and curcumin as raw materials, using the template synthesis of a series of macrocyclic complexes of rare earth, through the elemental analysis, molar conductance, IR, 1H NMR, TG - DTA and UV absorption spectra of their structural characterization. To determine the structure of the complexes, complexes at the same time studied at room temperature, the nature of the fluorescence results show that the complex showed the characteristics of the corresponding ligand fluorescence.Part III: curcumin macrocyclic complexes of rare earth Synthesis, Characterization and Photochromic PropertiesResponse template with curcumin and synthetic Diethylenetriamine a series of two-curcumin reduced as Diethylenetriamine double (L) macrocyclic complexes of rare earth. At the same time nuclear magnetic resonance 1H NMR, IR, TG - DTA, molar conductance and elemental analysis characterized its struture, so as to determine the composition of complexes. Studied at room temperature, complex nature of the fluorescence results show that the complex showed the characteristics of the corresponding fired curcumin. Moreover it explored the relationship between the complex UV-visible spectra and photochromic properties the studied organic solvents in the photochromism and solvatochromism performance, and the experiments show that the complexes have good photochromic properties. Besides the study of steady-state and time-related UV - visible spectra of its solution Photoluminescence and photochromic behavior, discussed the light-induced discoloration of the solvent properties.Part IV: Study on RE curcumin Macrocyclic Synthesis, Characterization and Fluorescence PropertiesIn this part, as templates with rare earth nitrate, 1,6 - hexamethylene diamine, ethylene diamine and curcumin synthesized REL1, 2 (NO3) 3·4H2O (RE = Eu, Dy, Sm, Ce), characterized by elemental analysis , 1H NMR, molar conductance, IR, hot bad - thermogravimetric analysis, UV - visible absorption spectra characterized its structure and studied the complex nature of the fluorescence results showed that curcumin macrocyclic rare earth complexes fluorescence at the nature of theoretical research and has a greater significance in practical applications.Part V: Rare-earth Complexes Macrocyclic curcumin antibacterial activity study Studying on curcumin macrocyclic rare earth complexes of the inhibition. The results show that: complexes have properties of antibacterial. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Curcumin, rare earth complexes, Synthesis, Schiff base, Photochromism, antibacterial activity | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
